  We have been with encore property for a year now and just signed another lease, i must be honest moving from my previous house with a different well known real estate, were I had trouble even getting the agent to contact me made me a little nervous moving to a new area with a real estate I had not heard about before but never the less, the team at encore property although I have to highlight Michelle who puts in amazing efforts to ensure the owner of the house and the tenant both feel comfortable, are briefed on repairs regularly and when they have progressed as soon as they are Brought to attention, she's does the right thing by the owners and the tenant to ensure everyone's happy. I would definitely rent through encore property again, absolutely amazing experience and can't thank Michelle enough for all her hard work she's done for me and my partner.   Must say a big thank you to Michelle and Paula at the bertram office. We are just about to move into one of there lovely property’s and the whole move and taking the rental has been so smooth and easy with this company. I have had dealings with other agents and have never found a company that is so willing to help you and make you feel like you are part of them. Would highly recommend this company to anyone and when it’s time for myself to be a landlord this will be the company that I will be going to so please any problems or help just pick up the phone to them and they will help you out as much as they have given me.than you so much.
